Welcome to The Vinayak Hotel, Gwalior!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Vinayak Hotel. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we request you to read and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or message from The Vinayak Hotel. Please verify all details for accuracy.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • Early Departure: In case of early departure, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be levied.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Check-in time is from 11:00 AM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • Rates: Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Payment for the entire stay is required upon check-in.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, laundry, etc.) must be settled upon check-out.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Identification: All guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to staff and other guests. Any form of misconduct may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
  • Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Hotel Liability

  • Valuables: The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal valuables left in guest rooms. A safety deposit box is available for storing valuables.
  • Force Majeure: The Vinayak Hotel shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Amendments

  • The Vinayak Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available at the hotel reception and on our official website.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gwalior courts.
